Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Style State Rewards program (“Program”), which is operated by Amber Glow Pty Ltd T/A Style State, Winnie & Co and Ajoy (ABN 32 091 958 048) referred to as “The Company”, "Style State," "we," "us," or "our". The Program is offered to The Company’s wholesale customers/stockists (“Customers”) who have an active online account on Style State’s website at www.stylestate.com.au (“Website”), referred to as “you” or “your”. By participating in the Style State Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any changes made by Style State to these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Clause 1: Eligibility Terms

1.1. To be eligible for the Style State Rewards program, you must be a registered and approved customer of Style State with a valid ABN and business and aged 18 or over.

1.2. You cannot participate in the Style State Rewards program if you are an employee or agent of Style State or any of its affiliated companies.

1.3. Each Customer must only have one active Style State Rewards account. Duplicate accounts will be deactivated and any points and benefits accrued will be forfeited.

1.4. To become a member of Style State Rewards, you will need to provide your full name and email address. In order to be eligible for a Style State’s Rewards Birthday Reward, you must also provide your date and month of birth.

1.5. You must notify us if your email address changes. Style State is not responsible for any loss of Style State’s Rewards benefits arising from you not notifying us of any change in your email address.

Clause 2: Earning Points

2.1. As a member of the Style State Rewards program, you will earn one Style State Rewards point (“Point”) for every dollar you spend on www.stylestate.com.au (based on the subtotal, excluding all discounts, store credits, GST and shipping costs), rounded down to the nearest dollar. This is calculated on the actual spend after any discounts, sales or Style State Reward’s vouchers have been applied.

2.2. Points will only be earned on orders/transactions made on www.stylestate.com.au, points cannot be earned on showroom, text, phone or email orders.

2.3 You must be logged into your Style State account to earn points and redeem rewards.

2.3. Points will be automatically added to your account once your order has been shipped.

2.4. Style State reserves the right to adjust or deduct the number of points awarded to the customer’s account for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

- points that were rewarded to your account as a result of an error

- relating to a transaction that has been cancelled, reversed or refunded

- relating to any suspected fraudulent activity

- relating to an order that Style State reasonably does not comply with our terms & conditions of purchase

2.5. Points will expire 12 months from the date they were earned. Points will expire on a rolling 12-month basis, meaning that points earned in a particular month will expire on the corresponding date the following year.

2.6. Style State reserves the right to adjust the Point earning rate at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice.

2.7. Style State Rewards points balance and rewards are not transferrable and cannot be shared with anyone else, or redeemable for cash.

2.8. Points will expire 12 months after they are earned. This means that if you make multiple purchases in one year, you will have points expiring on multiple dates the following year. For example:

- If you spend $500 (excluding shipping and GST) on 1 July of the first year, you will earn 500 points. These points will expire at the end of 30 June of the second year.

Clause 3: Redeeming Rewards

3.1. Rewards can only be redeemed by members of the Style State Rewards program.

3.2. Customers may redeem Points for rewards offered by Style State on the Website, including but not limited to vouchers, VIP access, and Marketing Dropbox access (“Rewards”).

3.2. Rewards are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time in Style State’s sole discretion, with or without notice.

3.3. Vouchers can only be used one per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other sale promotions or storewide offers. However, other non-transaction related perks such as VIP access and Marketing Dropbox access can be used simultaneously if your reward is valid in that period.

3.4. Rewards cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or used to purchase gift cards.

3.5. When you convert your Style State Rewards points into a Style State Rewards discount voucher, you will have 30 days from the date of conversion to use your Style State Reward’s voucher. After expiry, even if the voucher remains unused, Style State cannot reissue the voucher to your account.

3.6. Style State reserves the right to substitute any reward with a similar reward of equal or greater value.

3.7. Each Style State Reward’s voucher can only be used once and Style State will not be held liable if a Style State Reward’s voucher is not able to be redeemed for any reason. When using a Style State Rewards voucher, you must spend at least $1. Style State reserves the right to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed by using Style State Rewards vouchers.

3.8. Your Style State Reward’s Birthday Voucher is redeemable online only and must be used within 30 days of the date of issuance. You must be logged in to your Style State account to redeem your Birthday Reward.

3.9. All Style State Rewards that are not redeemed within 30 days of issuance or claiming that reward will be rendered null and void.

Clause 4: Exclusions and Limitations

4.1. Style State Rewards is exclusive to online orders only. Therefore, any benefits earned are not applicable to showroom, text, phone, or email orders.

4.2. Style State reserves the right to exclude certain products from the Style State Rewards program at any time.

4.3. Style State may terminate or suspend the Style State Rewards program or any member's participation in the program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

- if the customer has breached any of the Company’s terms & conditions

- for any suspected fraudulent activity or abuse of the program

- engaged in inappropriate conduct that undermines the legitimate interests of Style State

4.4 Style State claims copyright on the exclusive marketing images, designs and compilation of all content created for Style State Rewards.

Clause 5: Style State Rewards Privacy Policy

5.1. When you join Style State Rewards, you agree to receive email communications from Style State for the purposes of providing you with marketing, product and special offer information. As well as notifying you of matters relevant to your Style State Rewards membership, including points and rewards expiry.

5.2. By joining Style State’s Rewards, you agree to allow Style State to collect use and disclose your data (including your personal information) in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on www.stylestate.com.au and these terms & conditions.

5.3. By participating in the Style State Rewards program, you consent to Style State using your personal information for the purposes of administering the program and communicating with you about the program.

5.4. By participating in the Style State Rewards program, you consent to receiving all marketing communications regarding Style State Rewards programs including email and text notifications.

Clause 6: General Terms

6.1. Style State reserves the right to modify or terminate the Style State Rewards Program at any time with or without notice.

6.2. Style State may terminate a Customer’s participation in the Program at any time in its sole discretion, without notice and without liability to the Customer.

6.3. If your Style State Rewards membership is terminated (by you or us), all outstanding points and any Style State Rewards vouchers or rewards that you have redeemed will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.

6.4. Style State reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and the amended terms and conditions will be posted on www.stylestate.com.au

6.5. Style State’s decision on all matters relating to the Program, including but not limited to the awarding of Points and Rewards, shall be final and binding.

6.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

6.7. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

6.8. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Style State regarding the Style State Rewards program and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the program.

Amber Glow Pty Ltd will inform you about any significant changes to these terms and conditions. All other Style State terms and conditions apply.
